高锰钢

特殊耐磨钢指高锰钢,也称为奥氏体锰钢,是特别耐磨钢中的首要种类,具有高韧性,高冷作硬化能力。

它主要用于高冲击磨料磨损工况条件下使用的耐磨损铸件。高锰钢经水韧处理后,具有高韧性,高冷作硬化能力,在高冲击载荷下使用,耐磨性好,安全可靠。

Austenitic steel Special wear-resistant steel refers to high manganese steel, also known as austenitic manganese steel, is the first type of special wear-resistant steel, with high toughness, high cold hardening ability.

It is mainly used for wear resistant castings used under high impact abrasive wear conditions. After water toughening, high manganese steel has high toughness, high cold hardening ability, good wear resistance, safe and reliable when used under high impact load.

高锰钢的特点:Characteristics

(1) 水韧处理后具有优异的韧性 塑性,这在许多承受大冲击的采掘、破碎设备上是必不可少的。

(1) After water toughening treatment, it has excellent toughness and plasticity, which is essential in many mining and crushing equipment that bear large impacts.

(2)具有很强的加工硬化 能力strong work hardening ability

在冲击磨损的工作条件下,形成硬化层,冲击载荷愈大,表面硬化层愈深,硬度愈高,抗磨损能力愈强。而且还保持工程构件本身的高韧性,这是一般 耐磨合金钢 和耐磨铸铁所没有的。

Under the working conditions of impact wear, a hardened layer is formed. The larger the impact load, the deeper the surface hardened layer, the higher the hardness and the stronger the anti-wear ability. Moreover, it also maintains the high toughness of the engineering component itself, which is not found in general wear-resistant alloy steel and wear-resistant cast iron.

(3)高锰钢的生产工艺简单The production process of Austenitic steel is simple

材料的工艺性能优良,质量易控制。在选择高锰钢制作工件时,必须考虑以上特性。如在没有冲击载荷的工况条件下,高锰钢不能发挥它的特性,因其比较软的奥氏体基体,钢的耐磨性还不如一般铸铁。

The process properties of the material are excellent and the quality is easy to control. The above characteristics must be considered when selecting Austenitic steel to make work pieces . If there is no impact load under the working conditions, Austenitic steel   can not play its characteristics, because of its soft austenitic matrix, the wear resistance of steel is not as good as that of ordinary cast iron.

另外,根据工况条件要求,各国都研制生产改型高锰钢,即在高锰钢成分基础上添加1.5%~2.5%铬,或3.0%~4.0%镍,或0.9%~1.2%钼以及加钒、钛的高锰钢,使高锰钢的性能得到明显的改进。

In addition, according to the requirements of working conditions, countries have developed and produced modified Austenitic steel, that is, on the basis ofAustenitic steel composition add 1.5% ~ 2.5% chromium, or 3.0% ~ 4.0% nickel, or 0.9% ~ 1.2% molybdenum and Austenitic steel with vanadium and titanium, so that the performance of Austenitic steel has been significantly improved.
